Rooms with character
Manin Suites Lt offers five bedrooms, three overlooking the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and two facing the inner courtyard. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a minibar. Beds feature duvets instead of traditional covers. Rooms are named by color-blue, red, lilac, orange, and green-each representing a different theme.
Shared terrace access
Guests can use the large shared terrace on the second floor, equipped with tables, sun loungers, and a gazebo. The terrace is part of the Roman Terrace, accessible to all guests staying at Roma Termini Suites properties.
Central Rome location
The guesthouse is in Esquilino, a short walk from Termini Station. Nearby attractions include the Colosseum (2 km), Roman Forum (2 km), and Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels and the Martyrs (300 m). The Baths of Diocletian are 600 m away. Public transport options (metro, buses, trains) are within 300 m.
Airport transfer options
From Fiumicino Airport, take the Leonardo Express train (35 min, €14) to Termini Station. From Ciampino Airport, the Terravision bus (40 min, €4) stops at Via Marsala. A private transfer service is available for up to 4 people (€120 from Civitavecchia).
